Furry Friend skirt is a fine, little skirt with a fur trim at the bottom, to add a twist to an otherwise classic skirt. If you are looking for a classic pencil skirt, you can just as easily leave off the fur edge, and just work the skirt a little longer for a classic look. The skirt is worked from the top down, starting with the folded edge, which is secured as you go. Then a few German Short Rows will be added to ensure the best fit for the behind. After that, increases and decreases will make the skirt shape around the hips, and it is finished off by the fur edge.
