PATTERN INFORMATION

A simple, but classic balaclava design worked back and forth in stockinette stitch with garter stitch ribbing and Channel Island Bind-Off around the head-opening for a beautiful finishing touch. The pattern features gentle shaping for a rounded hood and a 2/2 ribbed collar for a snug fit. Optional I-cord tie.

Techniques: Includes stockinette stitch, garter stitch, Channel Island Bind-Off, Right and Left-leaning increases. I-cord tie.

Ease: Designed with a loose fit. Length can easily be adjusted by knitting a longer or shorter body on the balaclava.
